As a healer, Casper brings the energy balance back to your body and mind. He works with an intuitive approach to energy healing, where he helps you remove blockages and restores your body’s natural flow. This creates not only physical well-being, but also mental clarity and emotional stability.
Therapeutic yoga
Therapeutic yoga is one of Casper’s great passions, and one of the tools he often uses in combination with massage and healing. Therapeutic yoga offers the opportunity to combine breathing exercises, physical postures, meditation and healing to release trauma.
The yoga practised in the therapy session are always adapted to your individual needs, and the aim is to create a deep connection between your body and mind, resulting in inner peace, relief and mental clarity.
Casper has a deep belief in the ability of the body and mind to heal itself, but sometimes we need a helping hand to move forward in our inner healing process, or to become aware of the challenges we cannot always see ourselves. Casper is here to guide you on your journey towards health, balance and inner harmony, and to help you release some of the deep tension (and possibly trauma) you carry around.
