  • Cancellations and re-booking must be made no later than 24 hours before our appointment.
  • In case of late cancellations or non-attendance, the full amount will be charged.
  • In case of illness, we are happy to rebook the appointment, within the terms listed above.

Harewood Clinic does not offer services of sexual nature of any kind

  • Offensive actions, explicit verbal or physical sexual advances, threats, as well as any form of violence or violent actions, are considered unacceptable behaviour and will result in immediate termination of the session.
  • Any form of unacceptable behavior of a more serious nature will result in a police inquiry and potential legal charges.
  • Any form of unacceptable behavior will also result in permanent expulsion from the clinic and all cooperation with Harewood Clinic will also cease immediately.
  • In the case of the above, any possibility of refunding payment for the session (and future sessions, when using a value-deal) ceases.
  • Any form of written inquiry of sexual services from the therapist or inquiries of offensive nature, will result in immediate digital blocking and permanent expulsion from the clinic.
