Marriage 2.0: When we finally let the light in
The rebuilding of love and intimacy after the ravages of alcoholism
Lecturer: Barbara Muschinsky Brodtkorb
90 minutes
5.000 DKK. ex. VAT
Barbara Muschinsky Brodtkorb shares a deeply personal tale of navigating the dark shadows of alcoholism and codependency and the devastation it has on a marriage.
Her heartwarming talk tells the story of being trapped in an addiction that poisons and distorts every aspect of life and mind, where deep love, grief, depression and anxiety collide like a stormy sea.
Barbara describes how alcoholism slowly infiltrated her marriage with Casper, and how together they fought for love in the midst of destruction. Over the past 17 years, Barbara and Casper have fought fiercely for each other, for the healing of their individual minds and souls, and for the restoration of love after everything seemed lost. The rebuilding process was long and tough, but also an indispensable journey.
Barbara generously shares her extensive experience in codependency and alcoholism and outlines the tools they used to find each other—tools that everyone can take home and use.
Her narrative also includes the battles fought both in the relationship and in facing their personal demons, which many with experiences close to alcoholism can recognise. Barbara describes how they live today as partners, lovers, best friends and co-parents. She shares about the courage to grab happiness with both hands on a daily basis, to always strive for personal and shared growth, and the determination to never allow either yourself or each other to stagnate, because stagnation equals death for addicts.
Barbara opens the door to significant realizations, challenges your thoughts about what love really entails, but also how powerful it is. This lecture represents a journey towards healing, understanding and the courage to embrace happiness no matter what challenges life may bring.

Lecturer: Barbara Muschinsky Brodtkorb
90 min.

The first part of the lecture, will take you through the history of female sexuality. How we, as a society understood, treated and talk about women's sexuality - Throughout history, till today.
How superstition and demonization of women's sexuality led to witch burnings, how medical science pathologized women's desire and invented "Hysteria" as a diagnoses for women that explained everything from anger to sexual frustration. About the girls' home on Sprogø and many other gruesome stories. But also about sexual liberation and how far we have come today.
The other part is a workshop, where we learn about women's real pleasure. We talk about the woman's vulva and the knowledge we have gathered about women's desire and lust. About concrete exercises and techniques to achieve more pleasure in your sex life, and about daring to say your desires out loud to a partner.
There is no nudity, demonstrations or exhibition of the female body during the lecture. Only drawings on a screen

Jealousy is like an umbrella that covers a wide range of emotions and causes, and this workshop can help you to understand, accommodate and deal with it.
Instructor: Barbara Muschinsky Brodtkorb
90 min.
5.000 DKK. ex. VAT.
There are many aspects, which can contribute to the feeling of jealousy. It can be anything from insecurity, low self-esteem, comparison with others, neglect from a parent or even learned perceptions of possessive love from early childhood. It can also be linked to difficulties with communicating needs to one's partner, fear of abandonment, trauma or lack of trust as a result of broken agreements from the past.
Our workshop focuses on helping you, identify the source of your jealousy and how to heal old wounds. In addition, we will work to strengthen trust, learn to communicate needs effectively and find inner peace.
By seeing jealousy as a natural feeling and not as a threat, we hope to give you tools to deal with jealousy in a healthy way, take care of yourself, and gain a deeper understanding of your own needs and emotions. Through this journey towards self-awareness, trust and self-care, you can learn to free yourself from the grip of jealousy and create more harmonious, equal and healthy relationships.
